We teach in steady, careful step-by-step manner for your safety and comfort.
There are two courses, beginner, and intermediate, Both are one hour long, so there's plenty of time to visit each move, and have some practice time.
you can do beginners, or if you have reached a good basic level sign up for the intermediates.
